Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. The Free plan costs nothing, so no refund applies.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan costs ₹0 and does not require a credit card. There is nothing to refund on the free plan. You may delete your account at any time.

2. New Subscriptions — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Growth or Pro) for the first time and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  1. Email us at s2vtechnology.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 87545 86208
  2. Include your registered email address and a brief reason for the refund request
  3. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

This 7-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase per account. It does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

3. Renewals — No Refund After 7 Days

Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable after the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before renewal, we will consider a pro-rated refund at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us promptly if this happens.

4. Yearly Plans

For yearly subscriptions, the 7-day refund window applies from the payment date. After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable in full. If you cancel a yearly plan mid-year, your access continues until the end of the subscription year and no partial refund is issued.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the SiteSmartly app. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your data. Your data is retained for 30 days after account deletion.

6. Service Unavailability

If SiteSmartly experiences significant downtime (more than 24 cumulative hours in a billing month) due to issues on our end, we will offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion. This does not apply to planned maintenance or issues caused by third-party providers outside our control.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we determine the request is fraudulent, or where the account has been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Please include your account email, subscription plan, payment date, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
